Robert and his team were amazing during the time we worked together. He is genuine and cares for his clients. Anytime I had questions, Robert and his team were available either over the phone or through email. He responds quickly and takes his time to thoroughly explain everything. Mr. Kilby was such an amazing resource two separate times during my worker's compensation case. It is a scary, intimidating process that left me feeling totally overwhelmed many times, however, the two occasions I reached out to Mr. Kilby he was very considerate and thoughtful with his professional advice. Each time, he provided excellent insight and was so helpful and supportive. Ultimately, he suggested that I am okay proceeding without legal representation.
